Returns

At Equivalenza Georgia, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original undamaged packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or were delivered damaged. To request a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day return period and provide your order number. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. After we receive and inspect the returned item, and if it meets the conditions of this Return Policy, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within a reasonable period, and no later than 14 business days after the returned product has been received and approved. If the return is made because the customer has changed their mind, the cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility. If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered, Equivalenza Georgia will cover all return shipping costs. Equivalenza Georgia reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, or does not comply with the conditions described in this Return Policy.
